Ways to Prevent Snoring

For so many years for the life of the marriage, my husband snores and we had no chance to sleep together. He snores louder every night and I lose my sleep every time. I tried many times to ignore his problem and tired to sleep, but I am helpless and I couldn't sleep well. Have you ever imagine first night of your marriage turning to be a nightmare? It happened to me and I wondered whether his snoring sound would wake up the one sleeping the painting that is hanging on the wall. I would like to take some steps to put an end to this problem.

Prevent Snoring Technique #1

I was literally tired because of wedding plans, wedding guests, long travel we had, night jitters and many reasons and I wanted to have a good night's rest. With an idea to sleep well, I was to bed and found my husband turned to be snoring beast in the first night room. I really do not know how to deal with the snorers and I thought of finding easy solutions to snorers.

I have come across an advertisement in which the wife put sock in her snoring husband's mouth. I searched for a clean sock and I didn't put it straightly into his mouth and I was really kind to him by opening his mouth gently and tired putting it inside his mouth.

This idea did not work out and the socks had nothing to do with my snoring husband. Then I tired to get some sleep later. Suddenly after five minutes my husband woke up and started choking by taking out the socks from his mouth. He was not happy with what I had done to him. It was my bad luck; I had nothing to deal with the later hours and was simply spending my time sleeplessly. Would like to find a right solution to this and putting socks into the snorer's mouth is not the right way indeed!

Our day-to-day life is full of stress with so many responsibilities that we need to manage every single day. The stress just causes us to think a lot on different things, so it is really important to have a time in a day where we are able to destress ourselves as much as we can and it would be best that we put this time before we sleep. So we can listen to the music, read the book of our choice or meditate to relieve stress. Relieving stress will relax you a lot and then you would be able to sleep without much resistance offered by your thoughts.

Prevent Snoring Technique #2

Five months have gone and I still rack my head to find the right solution to stop my husband from snoring. I was pregnant and as you know night's sleep is very important to me. But my snoring husband annoyed me a lot because of his habit. In the six months of marriage life, I couldn't find any right solution to stop his habit and I could only spend my nights crazily sleeplessly.

I would like to find a method that would not risk my husband in any way. I had an idea to suggest in the later five minutes and I asked my husband to plug his nose and I thought that would be the right method to minimize snoring. He was convinced by my idea and he agreed to buy a nose plug. It was a great surprise, he didn't snore that night. I really enjoyed that and unfortunately he woke up with a sore throat, because, when his nose was closed he continuously breathed through mouth and felt uncomfortable.

These two methods are not really good and they don't work out. It is better to buy a snore reducer or snore reliever. Preventing snoring should not go life threatening anymore.
