Loud Snoring: Dangerous Symptom

It is difficult to be the bed partner of the one who snores loudly. You will feel frustrated and annoyed. It makes the snorer to cut sorry figure and cause social distress too. It will be highly embarrassing to o on a business trip and to share a room with your business partner, if you are a snorer who snores loudly. You may have chance to get offended, if your friend moves away from your room to escape from your snoring.

Many know that loud snoring is dangerous and they give least importance to take treatment. It may be indication of any serious diseases like obstructive sleep apnea.

Loud Snoring - an Indication of Obstructive Sleep Apnea

If the airflow is blocked partially by the soft issues or any other reasons like adenoids or tonsils, loud snoring occurs. The vibrating tissues that hang from the upper throat are the causes behind loud snoring. Sleep apnea is dangerous because it disturbs respiration for a while often, the snorer will struggle from or gasping for breathe often in the middle of the sleep and it may lead to heart attacks and strokes.

Whenever breathing stops, the person will wake up from sleep and he can't get good rest during night. Hence, he or she can't concentrate on work in the morning or day time. Not for one or two times, sleep is disturbed. Snorer will wake from bed for several times, sometimes hundred and more times, if he suffers from sleep apnea. It is advised to take treatment soon for such problems. This problem will lead to cardiovascular diseases, memory loss, unexpected weight gain and the like. The restless nights will be the reason for wrong driving and it may result in accidents too.

There is another remedy for sleeping, which is wiggling of the toes. Since ancient times it is being thought that the feet are the source of control of energy of the entire body and that massaging different portions of it can cause benefit to the different organ systems. It is being said that the energy flows through the toes and that with wiggling of the toes you can control the energy flowing through your body and that you can make yourself relaxed by doing that and this will help you to sleep comfortably.

Loud Snoring and Sleep Apnea

Loud snoring is one of the indications of sleep apnea. But not all that snores louder are sufferers of sleep apnea. Even simple snoring would be louder sometimes, depending on the person's body mass index and weight and they are not all that dangerous.

Have a lookout for the signs and symptoms when you cautiously analyze sleep apnea.

Take a note whether the snorer gasps for breathe in the middle of the sleep or not. If the person wakes up and looks panic to go back to sleep, it may be a symptom of sleep apnea. If there is no bed partner to analyze all these things, just do it by yourself. You need not worry for your inability to read your sleeping positions and patterns. But you can read the symptoms that would help you to know about your health. Excessive tiredness even after eight hours of sleep, headache, sweating and more symptoms are there to give indication about your health.

Do you notice any of the above said symptoms? It is necessary to run to your doctor. If you suffer from sleep apnea, doctor will prescribe the needed medicine and C-PAP machine to help you. Don't have a misconception that all loud snoring is a symptom of sleep apnea.
