Hypersomnia:Information, Symptoms and Causes
Hypersomnia is an excessive amount of sleepiness, resulting in an inability to stay awake.
Even though hypersomniacs sleep more than is considered necessary (or even healthy) at night, they may still need to take frequent naps during the day.
Symptoms
The symptoms of Hypersomnia are simply excessive sleepiness.
Causes
Hypersomnia can be caused by a range of factors, such as:
- Being overweight
- Heredity / Family History
- Brain damage
- Depression

| You must remember that you are not going to go through any arguments with your spouse at sleeping time because if you are going to go through arguments then you would be going through high levels of stress and this would prevent you from sleeping and will make you more aggressive and aggravated overtime. Therefore the best bet is to avoid any kind of arguments before bedtime. |
