Many Things Cause Insomnia

When the whole world is asleep in the dark, there are some people still awake due to chronic sleeplessness scientifically called Insomnia. There are many factors that cause insomnia, which makes its cure difficult.

There are two types of insomnia i.e. primary and secondary insomnia. Therefore, to cure your insomnia it is important to know which one you have. Primary insomnia is that which is linked directly to its cause, rather than secondary cause like medication or emotions etc. A good example of primary insomnia is people working with graveyard shifts, in this they are working when there body tells them to sleep and in the morning, they try to sleep when there body tells them to work. Secondary insomnia is the caused due to many causes like emotional disorder. It is much complex than primary insomnia.

The most common factor of insomnia is stress. It can be about your business, health, children’s study or about anything. When the brain is working and you are thinking on and on, it becomes baffling to sleep.

Anxiety i.e. going beyond stress is another cause of insomnia. In acute cases of anxiety, brain refuses to shut down, hence making it very difficult to sleep.

Depression is the most common cause of insomnia. In 50% of the cases of insomnia, depression is the main cause.Insomania Causes

Prescribed medicines for allergy and heart are also a cause of insomnia, as they stimulate the body so much, hence making sleep very difficult. If a doctor judges these, then side effects symptoms can be bought out by patient and ask for help.

A huge factor that can cause insomnia is pain. For some people it is almost impossible to sleep due pain. In this case, to lessen the insomnia, pain is treated.

Many people take sleeping pills to cure there insomnia, and continue to take them for long period. This activity becomes a cause of insomnia instead of cure.
