People have been involved in fatal accidents endangering their lives as well as the lives of others around them just because they were sleep deprived. This also tends to make them aggressive and agitated resulted in an improper behavior. The fact people don’t understand is that the little loss in productivity or output that will occur if they sleep a little more will be far less than the price they pay in terms of their physical and mental health. What makes the damages exponential are the costs involved in curing such problems which need constant care and regular medicines.
